Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 10 large eggs and 1 cup of milk.
  3. Spray a large baking dish with non-stick spray and layer frozen tater tots at the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and sliced sausage over the tater tots, then add chopped green onions.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake for 35-45 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
