Preparation Steps
- Peel and seed the pineapple, mango, kiwi, papaya, and banana. Dice them into uniform, bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the diced pineapple, sliced mango, kiwi, papaya, and banana.
- Sprinkle in the pomegranate seeds and gently fold them into the mixed fruits.
- In a small bowl, combine the orange zest, orange juice, lime juice, chopped mint, optional honey, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until blended.
- Pour the citrus dressing over the mixed fruits and gently stir to coat.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or platter, garnishing with extra mint leaves if desired.
