Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to create the glaze.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, brush on the remaining glaze and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
