  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients for the Mango Habanero Honey Garlic Sauce. Chop one ripe mango, de-seed and finely dice the habanero peppers, and mince 2-3 cloves of garlic.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chopped mango, diced habanero peppers, minced garlic, ¼ cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and the juice of one lime. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. With the food processor running on low, slowly drizzle in ¼ cup of olive oil. Blend for an additional 10-15 seconds until the oil is fully combined.
  4. Taste your sauce and adjust the flavors to your liking. Add more honey for sweetness or habanero for heat.
  5. Transfer the sauce into a jar or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
