- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add 1 cup of orzo and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until it shimmers.
- Add 4 minced cloves of garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add 1 pound of shrimp, cooking for 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
